- Photograph the item assembled and any visible fittings or wall attachments; share manuals if available.
- State whether the request is dismantling only, or also includes reinstallation, transport coordination or disposal.
- Clear contents and loose objects from furniture before the visit.
- Provide lift, stair, corridor, loading and building booking details at both locations if a move is involved.

Empty the furniture where possible and share lift, loading and work-hour requirements. Fixed, damaged or glued components require separate assessment.
We review the requested items and site details, identify additional work or exclusions explicitly, and confirm availability and the agreed scope before a booking is made.

Across Singapore, with access planned
We assess dismantling across Singapore for offices, HDB flats, condos and landed homes, including central business districts and estates such as Tampines, Punggol, Woodlands, Toa Payoh and Jurong. Dismantling can be requested without a transport booking.
HDB flats & landed homes
Mention stairs, the floor, lift access and where the furniture will be assembled or dismantled. Send room photos if clearance around large panels is tight.
Condominiums
Check your management's contractor registration, lift reservation, loading-bay and permitted work-hour requirements. Share the applicable rules before confirming a date.
Offices & commercial buildings
Share loading access, service-lift bookings, security registration and any work-hour restrictions. Extra trades or after-hours work require separate confirmation.

Can I request dismantling only?
Yes. Dismantling can be requested without transport or reinstallation. State the destination or intended next step so handling and packing requirements can be discussed.
Can you dismantle several office workstations at once?
Multi-seat and multi-item requests are welcome. Share seat count, system photos, floor plan and building access details for a project scope.
Can dismantled furniture be reassembled at a new address?
Reinstallation can be included as a separate requested scope. Reuse depends on the furniture's design, condition and available parts; transport is not automatically included.
Do you take away the dismantled furniture?
Removal or disposal is not implied by dismantling. Tell us if you need it so the appropriate arrangement can be confirmed separately.
Can you dismantle built-in or damaged furniture?
Send clear photos and describe the condition. Built-in, modified or damaged pieces can have hidden fixings or fragile panels, so feasibility is assessed before work is confirmed.
How is dismantling priced?
Any displayed catalog ranges are labour-per-item guidance only. Mobilisation, access, transport, disposal, reinstallation and unusual project scope are assessed separately where relevant.
Can you dismantle furniture while a separate mover handles transport?
Yes. Explain which items need dismantling and what your mover will collect. Agree the timing and handoff, and state separately whether you need wrapping, transport or reinstallation.
Will dismantled furniture always be reusable?
No universal guarantee is possible. Existing damage, glued joints, wall attachments and construction affect whether an item can be dismantled for reuse. Send photos and tell us if reinstallation is the goal.
Is office reinstatement included in furniture dismantling?
Furniture dismantling or removal support can be assessed, but it is not a complete renovation or tenancy reinstatement package. Wall repairs, painting, electrical work and other trades are not assumed inclusions.
