Manuals in Chinese or pictograms
Share the assembly booklet or product page where possible. Clear diagrams and part labels help assess the item and prepare for installation.

Useful before requesting a quote
Help us identify the right item
- Send item and carton photos, the product listing or model, and the manual if available.
- Mention item count, preferred date, address and whether the furniture is already inside the property.
- Tell us about stairs, lift size, loading or building access rules and any wall-fixing request. Wall securing must be listed in the approved quotation and suit the furniture instructions, construction and site fixing points.
- Assembly is the service described here; shipment delivery and parts replacement are not included by default.
How to plan the work
From details to a confirmed scope
Send the seller details
Share product links, dimensions, quantities and manuals. Include carton labels and part photos if the furniture has arrived.
Flag unfamiliar fittings
Tell us about unclear instructions, missing parts, lighting, powered mechanisms or wall fixings. These are assessed rather than assumed within standard assembly.
Confirm delivery & access
Let us know when all cartons will be available and share building rules and assembly-space details before agreeing a booking.
We review the requested items and site details, identify additional work or exclusions explicitly, and confirm availability and the agreed scope before a booking is made.
Local planning
Across Singapore, with access planned
Taobao furniture assembly is available for Singapore homes and offices island-wide, including HDB flats and condos in Tampines, Bedok, Punggol, Woodlands, Jurong and central estates. You can enquire before delivery using seller links and manuals.
HDB flats & landed homes
Mention stairs, the floor, lift access and where the furniture will be assembled or dismantled. Send room photos if clearance around large panels is tight.
Condominiums
Check your management's contractor registration, lift reservation, loading-bay and permitted work-hour requirements. Share the applicable rules before confirming a date.
Offices & commercial buildings
Share loading access, service-lift bookings, security registration and any work-hour restrictions. Extra trades or after-hours work require separate confirmation.
Share the job details
Send the item list and access notes to start a scope review. Additional work and availability are confirmed before booking.

Planning questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you assemble Taobao furniture in Singapore?
Yes. We assess Taobao and other flat-pack furniture for assembly, including wardrobes, beds, desks, tables and storage for home or office.
Can you work with a Chinese-language manual?
Share the manual or product listing before the visit. Pictograms and Chinese text can help identify the assembly sequence, but feasibility depends on the item and its supplied parts.
What if parts are missing or damaged?
Please check and photograph the cartons and hardware. Assembly does not include a guarantee to repair, replace or source missing, damaged or incompatible components; work may need to pause if the item cannot be assembled safely.
Do you provide Taobao shipment delivery?
This service is furniture assembly and installation, not shipment or last-mile delivery. Arrange for cartons to be delivered to the installation address before the appointment.
How is Taobao furniture installation priced?
Displayed ranges, when available, are active-catalog labour-per-item guidance. Mobilisation, access, transport, add-ons and unusual project scope are assessed separately where relevant.
Can you assemble one item at home?
Yes. A single item is welcome. Send the product link or photos, manual if available, and the site access details for an estimate.
Can I get a Taobao assembly estimate before the cartons arrive?
Yes. Send the seller link, dimensions, quantity and any manual available. Identify the expected delivery date; incomplete product information may need follow-up before the work can be confirmed.
Are lights and powered mechanisms included in Taobao furniture assembly?
List integrated lights, motors, powered fittings and any wiring explicitly. Furniture assembly does not automatically include electrical installation or specialist connections.
What if my Taobao seller sends missing or incorrect parts?
Photograph the parts and carton labels and check with the seller. We can assess the assembly scope, but cannot promise completion without compatible components or assume replacement parts are included.
