Retailer & imported flat packs
IKEA, Taobao and other retailer furniture can be assessed from product links, photos and manuals. Wall fixing, drilling and missing parts should be flagged separately. Wall securing must be listed in the approved quotation and suit the furniture instructions, construction and site fixing points.

Mention stairs, the floor, lift access and where the furniture will be assembled or dismantled. Send room photos if clearance around large panels is tight.

Check your management's contractor registration, lift reservation, loading-bay and permitted work-hour requirements. Share the applicable rules before confirming a date.
Offices & commercial buildings
Share loading access, service-lift bookings, security registration and any work-hour restrictions. Extra trades or after-hours work require separate confirmation.

Do you serve HDB flats, condos and offices?
Yes. We serve Singapore homes and offices island-wide. Share lift-booking rules, loading access, stairs, parking and any restricted work hours before confirming the booking.
Can you assemble Taobao furniture without a clear manual?
Send the seller link, carton and part photos, and any instructions available. We assess whether the assembly can be scoped; missing components or unclear fittings may need seller clarification.
How is furniture installation priced?
Labour depends on the actual furniture, size, complexity and quantities. The catalog ranges are per-item guidance, not an all-inclusive job total. Access, mobilisation and additional work are confirmed in the estimate.
Can I request installation and dismantling together?
Yes. List the old furniture to dismantle and the new furniture to install separately. Transport, disposal and reinstallation requirements should be specified rather than assumed.
Do you accept a single item?
Yes. Single-item home requests are welcome alongside office and multi-item projects. Share the item and location so the full job scope can be assessed.
What is the difference between furniture assembly and installation?
Assembly joins the supplied furniture components. Installation may also involve positioning or fixing an item in place. Tell us whether wall anchoring, drilling or brackets are required so these can be assessed separately. Wall securing must be listed in the approved quotation and suit the furniture instructions, construction and site fixing points.
Do I need to buy furniture from TMG Install?
No. You can request assembly for furniture purchased elsewhere. Share the product model, seller link, quantity and manuals; unusual fittings or incomplete parts may need further assessment.
What if parts are missing or the furniture does not fit?
Flag missing parts, damage and room dimensions before the visit where possible. Assembly cannot be promised without the necessary parts or safe clearance. Additional work and any changes to the scope need confirmation.
