Service detail
Show the doors, frame, back panels and interior fittings. Hinged and sliding wardrobes can have different dismantling requirements.
Include the number of frames, door mechanisms, corner sections and attached fittings. A product model or original manual helps us assess the scope.
Photograph wall fixings and surrounding finishes. Removal feasibility and any drilling, disposal or building reinstatement work need separate assessment; furniture support is not a renovation service. Wall securing must be listed in the approved quotation and suit the furniture instructions, construction and site fixing points.

How to plan the work
Send external and internal photos, width and height, frame count, door mechanism and attached accessories.
Tell us whether you plan to store, reinstall, move or dispose of the wardrobe. Built-in units and wall attachments need an explicit assessment.
Empty shelves and drawers where possible and share room clearance and building-access rules. Panel condition and fittings affect the dismantling plan.
We review the requested items and site details, identify additional work or exclusions explicitly, and confirm availability and the agreed scope before a booking is made.
Local planning
Wardrobe dismantling is assessed island-wide in Singapore homes and offices, including HDB and condo sites in Tampines, Sengkang, Punggol, Woodlands, Jurong and central estates. Access and construction matter more than the neighbourhood name.
Mention stairs, the floor, lift access and where the furniture will be assembled or dismantled. Send room photos if clearance around large panels is tight.
Check your management's contractor registration, lift reservation, loading-bay and permitted work-hour requirements. Share the applicable rules before confirming a date.
Share loading access, service-lift bookings, security registration and any work-hour restrictions. Extra trades or after-hours work require separate confirmation.
Send the item list and access notes to start a scope review. Additional work and availability are confirmed before booking.
A little more context
For a useful starting point, see our IKEA assembly guidance if you plan reinstallation. Any estimate still depends on the items, requested work and site access.
Current catalog reference
Active catalog guidance only: these are SGD labour-per-item ranges for the labelled furniture categories. They are not a project total.
Mobilisation, access or building arrangements, transport, add-ons and project-specific scope are assessed separately where relevant and confirmed with the estimate.
Planning questions
Yes. Dismantling can be requested on its own for storage, replacement or a separately arranged move. Tell us what should happen to the panels and fittings afterwards.
Send photos, the frame count, door type and any corner sections or fitted accessories. We assess the exact PAX configuration before confirming the work.
Built-in and wall-fixed wardrobes need a separate assessment. Reusable parts, wall attachments, surrounding finishes and site conditions affect feasibility; reinstallation is not assumed.
The quote depends on the wardrobe size, frame count, door mechanism, fittings and site access. Whole-item catalog labour guidance excludes measured drilling or per-hole add-ons. Send photos for a scoped estimate.
Not automatically. List disposal, transport and reinstallation as separate requirements so the estimate includes the requested work.
We assess wardrobe jobs island-wide in HDB flats, condos, landed homes and offices. Let us know lift-booking requirements, stairs, parking and access restrictions.
Yes. Door mechanisms, tracks, frame count, mirrors and interior fittings affect the work. Photograph the doors and tracks rather than relying only on the wardrobe's overall size.
Send a full view, each frame, the interior layout, door mechanism and any corner sections or wall attachments. Include frame count and dimensions so the configuration can be assessed.
Remove clothing and loose contents where possible so panels and fittings can be accessed safely. Let us know in advance if clearing contents or making room is a separate requirement.
Request dismantling, transport and reinstallation explicitly, or tell us if a separate mover handles transport. Send photos of the existing wardrobe and dimensions of the new room. Panel condition, door tracks, fittings and safe clearance must be assessed before confirming reuse.
