Safety-First Anchoring
Heavy gym equipment that isn't anchored properly can topple — especially smart mirrors, power racks and cable machines. We use weight-rated anchors, stud detection and torque-spec'd bolts on every install. For HDB and condo concrete walls we use SDS-Plus drills and the right diameter sleeve anchors for the load.
Levelled & Test-Run
Every treadmill, rower and bike is levelled with a digital level and test-run for at least 3 minutes before handover. Uneven setups cause belt-drift and accelerated wear — and noise complaints from neighbours below in HDB blocks.
Floor & Wall Protection
We bring rubber matting and felt sliders so your tile, parquet or vinyl flooring is never scratched during installation. For mirrors and wall mounts we patch any pilot holes that aren't used.
HDB & Condo Compliant
We know which walls in standard HDB layouts are load-bearing vs partition, and we follow MCST requirements for condo installations including drilling time-windows. No noise complaints, no warning letters.
